How to use · Merge PDFs
Put reports, notes or supporting documents together for a single hand-off.

Add at least two PDFs
Choose your files, or try the sample documents in the workspace.

Put them in order
Use Move up and Move down. All pages of each document stay together.

Merge and download
Check the total page count, choose a filename, and download your new PDF.
A simple example
A two-page document followed by a three-page appendix becomes one five-page PDF. Move the appendix first to change the output order.

Before you start

- Up to 300 pages across all selected documents.
- Encrypted PDFs, interactive forms and digitally signed documents are not supported.
- Page content, sizes and rotations are copied. Document-level bookmarks and attachments are not guaranteed to carry over.
A few useful answers
Can I change the document order?
Yes. Move a file up or down before merging. Pages within that file keep their original order.
Will this change my original PDFs?
No. LM Tools creates a new PDF for you to download. Your original files are not modified.
Are my files uploaded?
No. This tool processes files in your browser. Leaving or refreshing the workspace clears its in-memory files and downloads.
Can I merge a password-protected or signed PDF?
Not in this version. Use a regular, unencrypted, page-only copy when appropriate. This tool does not remove protection or preserve digital signatures.
