    EXAMPLE · NOT YOUR FILES

    A simple example

A six-page original test PDF is reduced to one three-page PDF containing source pages 2, 4 and 6, in that order. Download the tested files below.

    6-page test PDFPages 2,4,6
    1 PDF · 3 pages · source pages 2,4,6
    TRY THE ACTUAL TEST FILES

Inspect the files. Repeat the test.

Original synthetic charts are not user documents or photographs. Real interface captures and licensed photos are labeled separately. Browser encoding can vary. Grain charts use KiB; the photograph uses KB. Match the unit shown in each example.

Keep source pages 2, 4 and 6 in one PDF.

    PRACTICAL FILE GUIDES

Know what changes. Get it right.

Original examples, clear steps and honest limits. Download the files and repeat the checks.

    Before you start

    • One PDF at a time. Up to 20 MB and 300 source pages.
    • Up to 100 output PDFs per operation. Larger documents can use custom groups.
    • Use English commas, semicolons and hyphens. Invalid, reversed or repeated pages within one group are rejected.
    • ZIP downloads support up to 150 MB of results. Download files individually when the batch is larger.

    A few useful answers

Can I select visually and still use page groups?

Yes. Click page thumbnails and choose the output file you are editing. Page numbers and the output plan stay in sync. Use semicolons in Settings to create more groups. If a preview fails, you can still select by page number.

Can I change the page order?

Yes. A group such as 3,1-2 copies pages in that exact order: 3, 1, 2.

What happens to pages I do not select?

They are not included in the new output files. Your original PDF stays unchanged.

    Can I download everything together?

Yes. When there are multiple outputs, prepare a ZIP or download each PDF separately. Encrypted, form and signed PDFs are not supported.
